Our 8,000 square foot facility features dedicated men’s and women’s lounges that include thermal whirlpools, large steam rooms, dry saunas, and “Rain” shower facilities. We offer 10 private treatment rooms with a specialized selection of massage and body treatments and an ultra private two-room Couple’s Suite.

The Fitness Center is available 24 hours a day to hotel guests, and is open to all other guests during regular spa hours. Our state-of-the-art fitness center is outfitted with the most advanced Precor™ cardio, resistance, and free weight equipment. All cardio machines are mounted with personal entertainment systems and personal viewing screens with heart rate monitoring, to help you get maximum performance from your workout.

Guests are provided with fresh towels, bottled water, and disposable ear buds. A new infused water of the day is available at our infused water station, along with the latest energy drinks. Four huge plasma screens display the news, information, and entertainment of your choice. Our certified personal trainers will create a dynamic exercise program based upon your personal goals, unique metabolism, and fitness level. Lockers, steam room, and whirlpool are available for a $25 fee, which can be credited towards any spa service.
