| Why do I need to enter my birthdate and ZIP code? |
| For your protection, we verify your date of birth and ZIP code (postal code for Canadian addresses) against the Player ID you entered to ensure that you entered the Player ID correctly. This also ensures that no one else accidentally accesses your account. |

| Hotel deposit |
| A $50 deposit is required at check-in for incidental charges. Some reservations require that a deposit is taken at the time that the reservation is made. We only accept credit cards (no cash, no comp dollars, no checks) for this deposit. Credit card authorizations for incidentals are released immediately upon check-out and usually takes 3-5 business days to be reflected in your account. |

| Self-parking and valet are both free and convenient. The casino valet entrance is on Temple Street; the hotel valet
entrance is on Brooklyn Street.
Casino Valet: Open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, 12am-11pm on Sundays
Hotel Valet: Open 7am-11pm daily for arrivals, 24/7 for departures
