Leila Cooper - Fine Dining Manager
Leila has a breadth of food knowledge and hospitality experience, having worked at some of New York City's top fine dining establishments for the better part of a decade. She came to Iridescence after spending the past five years in California’s Central Coast steadily increasing her knowledge of wine and craft beer as well as honing her skills as a food writer, educator & consultant.
Her culinary education was received at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and she attended Cornell University for graduate studies in the field of Food Science.
Leila proudly serves as Iridescence's first-ever female Fine Dining Manager.
