Children
Children are allowed in the hotel and restaurants. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while they are on property.

Food and Beverage
MotorCity Casino Hotel offers many options for dining while on property. Because of this, we ask that you limit the food and beverages that you bring with you during your stay to items that would fit into one small handheld cooler.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted only on the gaming floor. All other areas are strictly smoke-free. We have a smoke-free gaming area on the 2nd floor.

Where can I use my comps?
Use comps at any of our restaurants, at our gift shop, for hotel rooms, spa products and services, and Sound Board tickets.

How do I convert my comps to Reward Play®?
Converting your comps is easy! You can convert comps online, visit a kiosk located throughout the property; or ask an authorized MotorCity Casino Hotel associate to convert your comps for you.

How long before my Comps expire?
Comps do not expire.

After I convert my comps to Reward Play®, how long will it stay in my account?
Once converted, Reward Play® is active and available in your account for 30 days.

How many comps can I convert to Reward Play® per day?
That depends on your Club Metro® tier. Club Metro® members can convert up to $200 per day, Signature members can convert up to $500 per day, and Signature Elite members can convert up to $1,000 per day.

How do I change my online email address or password?
Just log in to your MYMotorCity account to change your email or password. If you have any questions, please use the Contact Us form or visit Club Metro®. See Club Metro® for more details.

Point balance vs. Point Play balance?
Your point balance is the number of points you've accumulated by playing your favorite slot machines (table players don't accrue points). Point Play allows you to use these points as credits at the machine. Every 100 points equals $1.00 at the machine and they’re redeemed in whole dollar amounts with a $5 minimum.

Can I share an email address with another Club Metro® member?
Each player needs his or her own email address to access their information online.

Why do I need to enter my birthdate and ZIP code?
For your protection, we verify your date of birth and ZIP code (postal code for Canadian addresses) against the Player ID you entered to ensure that you entered the Player ID correctly. This also ensures that no one else accidentally accesses your account.

Hotel deposit
A $50 cash or credit deposit is required at check-in. Cash is refunded at check-out. If you use a credit or debit card, the authorization is released immediately upon check-out and usually takes 3-5 business days to be reflected in your account.

Parking
Self-parking and valet are free and convenient. The casino valet entrance is on Temple Street; the hotel valet entrance is on Brooklyn Street.

Shuttles
We offer shuttle service to and from Red Wings, Tigers, Pistons, and Lions home games, as well as to select concerts at Little Caesars Arena. We do not offer shuttle service to or from the airport or to other local events unless offered in specific packages or promotions. Restrictions apply.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is after 4:00 pm; check-out is before 11:00 am. Late check-outs may be available upon request for a small charge. Please inquire at the front desk.

Taxi
A 24-hour taxi stand is located outside casino valet.

Military Discount
We offer discounted Deluxe Rooms for active military personnel with valid military ID, based on availability. Please inquire at the front desk.

Pets
We allow small dogs for an additional charge. Please inquire at the front desk.

Swimming Pool
We do not have a pool.

Refrigerators
Small refrigerators are located in every hotel room for your convenience.

Rollaway Beds
Rollaway beds are available upon request for a fee of $40 per night and are based on availability. We allow one rollaway bed per king room. Rollaway beds are not permitted in rooms with two double beds.

Spa & Fitness
Our spa and fitness center are available to hotel guests. There is a $25 spa facility usage fee that is waived with the purchase of any spa service of $75 or more. The fitness center is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests at no charge. Children are not allowed in the spa or fitness center.
